TSA Chief John Pistole reiterated today that the administration has absolutely no intention of ever changing its screening policy, insisting that the TSA is “the last line of defense for the US government” and that all the incidents of groping he was asked about were “appropriate” in the face of terrorists.
Though some said President Obama’s feigned sympathy suggested a change might be in the offing, Pistole seemed determined to indicate that the system is only going to get more intrusive over time.
Indeed as a number of Americans look to train travel to avoid the systematic genital groping that air travel has become, Pistole warned in separate comments that rail traffic was his top priority, hinting that he might add more intrusive screener there and elsewhere because he wants “to take TSA to the next level.”
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton further chimed in on the pat-downs, taking much the similar tack as the president. Clinton insisted she wouldn’t want to have to submit to pat-downs, but that she was perfectly fine with the program continuing for other people. She, like President Obama, is exempt from the screening process.
The TSA website also sought once again to cow American travelers into submission on the issue of “enhanced pat downs,” reiterating that once you are in line anything the TSA screener demands must be complied with and that failure to do so would result in a $11,000 fine and detention. They also warned that any garment warn for religious modesty, or indeed even underwire bras, were like to result in “enhanced” screening.
Pistole says, " the administration has absolutely no intention of EVER changing its screening policy…"
Petty dang bold of Pistole. Bets anyone?
Boycott the airlines. Let's see how "the administration" feels about that. Well, and the dumb-ass airlines.
This charade is NOT about "terrorism" oh hell no. This is about subjugation. The subjugation of the American people.
Pistole says, "be good little sheeple and get in that line for the groping drill." Oh bulls*#t!
Stand up America. You do NOT have to put up with this outrage for one New York minute.
Get rid of these bastards once and for all and stop this madness! Now it's trains and subways… ferry boats, state lines, roving scanning vehicles, drones circling the skies! Hot damn, people!
Coming next? random stops on the nation's highways for pat downs.
The State owns the sheeple and can do anything it wants to them. Apparatchik Pistole just told the facts.
Still, you might do something after all.
1. You might claim you have a right to have the intrusive actions overseen by, and witnessed by others. That requires of course, that people, that can identify who they are, wich you accept at the spot,, agrees to be witnesses. And signs papers. And are paid by the TSA for their trouble.
2. If you are NOT found in violation, you demand a ziseable amount for unjustified lawful search and arrest.
3. You must get you congresman made to help pass a law guaranteeing such measures. Since accountability are nowadays EVIDENTLY not to be taken for granted, so it is NECESSARY to deal with that problem.
4. If this delays the fligtht, or you cannot make it, a full refund of you ticket, as well as a new ticket are given you as compensation. And everybody at that flight gets a compensation for any delays.
5. Personnel at security MUST always identify themselves, so as to make it possible for you to bring them before court if necessary. Or at least file a complaint on specific offenders.
6. Personnel must ALWAYS explain fully those rights to you besides identifying themselves.
7. Any mishandling must lead to immediate action on part of the TSA and paid in full by them. E.g. when searchers unlawfully molested a handicapped persons proteses, it would NOT be possible just to throw the victim out and avoid prosecution and compensation.
8. The leader of the TSA must always personally bear full responsibility for any employees actions. And in repetitive cases punished more and more severely. Ant three times and you are out, preferably with a life sentence.
I mIght add a 9:
IT IS UNLAWFUL TO BRIBE OR PERSUADE ANY PASSENGER TO ACCEPT VIOLATION OF ANY OF HIS RIGHTS. ATTEMPTING SUCH A THING LIKE E.G. ATTACHING AN "AGREEMENT" TO THE TICKET WILL BE SEEN AS PROOF OF ATTEMPTS AT ASSISTING CRIMINAL PURPOSES PUNISHABLE FOR ANYBODY PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ATTEMPTS. (So both TSA personnel and air travel companies and agencies MUST be punished if they do so.
Who will enforce those rules in a lawLESS country?
Montaigne will! The FedGov will collapse into a mass of quivering goo under the weight of his legal logic.
No. But I hope such claims would at leasrt force your supressors into aknowledging they ARE under the law, and not above. Of course a tiny bit of courage and patience is demanded of the population. An I sense already, that you evasionists are not made of the necessary human stuff of conviction of the primary requirement of any regime of being LEGITIMATE either. So we must just laugh of it all!
1
So the only solution to the terror-threat is to treat 99% of the citizenry as if they were potential terrorists – with the obvious exception of those at the top, who will continue to be treated as 'primus inter pares' or First Amongst Equals.
2
What can reasonably be expected to happen when you give broad, pat-down powers to airport officials who work in close proximity to a people who were taught that America is a democracy and that these practices are only carried out in repressive police states; the familiar refrain of 'security concerns' serve to put the Citizen-victim and Official at loggerheads – one is after all accusing the other of potential criminality.
2a
All officials and governments derive their power from the legitimacy placed in these institutions by its citizenry. The citizen, by contrast, draws their power by being trusted with responsibility and being taken at their word. This policy seeks to further degrade that social contract, to the detriment of all.
3
The promotion of fear is a means to its own ends. This is noted especially in western democracies where repressive use of violence out in the open is seen as an anathema.
4
Naturally, it is only a matter of time before the fear-merchants in the media, the deficit doves in the Pentagon and the Soft Money Congress find another suitable meme for their rationale of social engineering.
5
Perhaps, typical Neo-Liberal national-social arrangements acting in combination with recent Neo-Conservative foreign policy endeavours, will have the beneficial effect of further consolidating the position of national elites at the cost of another suicide, or collapsing building.

You cannot help but come to the troubling conclusion that the TSA Screening issue seems to worry the Great Herd Majority of Americans more than all the great lies, great wars, great killings, and greater profits.
This does not fill one with much hope.
Get over it folks. This, scope or grope, is just another price we pay for supporting the zionist enterprise, like 9/11 or the invasion of Irak. After years and years and billions and billions, having granny or your six years old groped ain't gonna change Uncle Sam, he's knows where his priorities lie.
And Chertoff the (closet?) Zionist is making a fortune off of the security theater.
The US is the new Nazi Germany. It is appalling and extremely depressing that people are not rioting in the streets to protest these blatant violations of law and human decency.
When the federal government starts relocating it's citizens because of some domestic "terrorist threat", the sheeple will be preconditioned to comply, with just an occasional whipped dog whimper.
I totally agree that this is utterly ridiculous but I really wish people would read things properly. It does not say that underwire bras will result in enhances screening. They warn that underwire may set off the metal detectors which would result in enhanced screening. As a woman who has been wearing underwire for a couple decades now I can tell you I have never set off a metal detector. Not with my underwire or the several body piercings I have.
I think people need to stop and think before they react to things. Making overzealous statements about their suggestions on how to make your experience go easier is not going to help.
How long before anal probes? Christmas? New Year's? Definitely after the next "terrorist" attempt. I hate to admit it, but the only people I'm afraid of at the airport are the TSA agents. And I think they'd be thrilled to hear that.
"Never" is a mighty big word – and Pistole is a mighty small man.
Dont use their vocabulary! "enhanced" = invasive. Invasive screening, invasive groping.
They will soon be telling us to step into the massage lounge instead of the invasive scannning booth..
I wonder, if one made a movie, and the governmental abuser was called "Pistole" that the critics would not find it TOO obvious and evident?
The American people have proven, over time, that they are unwilling to do ANYTHING to protect their rights against the pervasive and expanding erosion of the same by the government…for example:
1. the acceptance, mostly, of the "domino theory" in Vietnam to justify deployment of US forces.
2. the acceptance, mostly, of the "official report" of what happened on 9/11.
3. the acceptance, mostly, of the "reason" for the financial breakdown in 2008.
4. the acceptance, mostly, of the "reason" why the Justice Dept will NOT prosecute Bushco for war crimes and crimes against humanity
5. the acceptance, mostly, of the "reason" why the US invaded Afghanistan/Iraq and soon Yemen and Iran.
So, I really don't expect that whatever the American people do (or don't do) will affect any change in what the government does. So Skulz, do you really expect the American people to boycott flying? Their response is going to be, "we HAVE to fly – we HAVE to go there!!" "We can't let them force us to change how we live our lives." And the social engineering of the American people continues. Don't be surprised at what more they are going to do. You cannot refuse. You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile.
But, that's just this old curmudgeon's opinion…
Perhaps it is a common belief, that if YOU pretend to trust another person, no mind how low and obviously corrupt he previously acted, then this magical pretension will ensure with great certainty, that the will live up to that judgement in the future.
Some naive Hollywood psychology has returned to haunt the public. Deluded by own delusions.
It sure feels great to travel in America and not in israel! Oh, wait…
In other words, we are all guilty until some illiterate TSA "agent" find us innocent.
The arrogance of these clowns like Pistole is quite stunning. Does he count with AIPAC's support or something that he thinks he and his policies are untouchable?
Next, cops will get to grope you anytime you're about to step in your vehicle.
Go read the comments on Yahoo, MSN or similar sites where articles like this are posted and you will see that most go along with the nazification, for all the usual sheeple reasons. Many chide or outright denigrate those who oppose this horror. This country is effed beyond salvaging. God help us when the buck collapses.
Spoken as only a real Nazi, fascist, scumbag, piece of shit could.
Ah, the joys of diversity. If we hadn't invaded the world and invited the world, we wouldn't be having this problem.
Yes, the TSA "is the last line fo defence for the U.S> government" ….AGAINST WE, THE PEOPLE.
I say we start patting THEIR asses down. TSA, Obama, Clinton, Congress, the Senate, The Supreme Court all of them. Anywhere they go stop them and say " Stop and empty your pockets, and take off your clothes, now bend over, spread your cheeks, and give me two good coughs." I'm sure this madness would end with a quickness if THEY thought they would get treated the same as us lowly proles.
"Secretary of State Hillary Clinton further chimed in on the pat-downs, taking much the similar tack as the president. Clinton insisted she wouldn’t want to have to submit to pat-downs, but that she was perfectly fine with the program continuing for other people. She, like President Obama, is exempt from the screening process." This is what Hillary really said; "that's right, you unwashed chattel slaves. If you and your children attempt to board a commercial aircraft, all of you will be subject to the radioactive naked body screenings and the groping of your genitals by our government-hired security thugs, but we Lords and Ladies of the realm are totally exempt from such treatment. And, furthermore, the taxes we extort from you will pay for it all." To which I say; does anyone know if they still manufacture guillotines?
"TSA Chief: US Will Never Ease Screening Policy – Hints at Even More Intrusive Measures to 'Take TSA to the Next Level.'"
This is tantamount to a government declaration of war on the American people. We now live in the United Totalitarian States of America. Bye Y'all.
There is no security perimeter or umbrella that will protect us all from the myriad means of deadly blowback resulting from our own violent exceptionalist foreign policy. If we stop enraging millions of people we will have very little to fear about murderous retaliations. No public servants should be allowed to make proclamations about security without directly addressing the policies we carry out that are recruiting terrorists around the world.
I write to urge TSA Security Chief Pistole to take the security procedures one more step. That is, that all scanner and grope-down personnel be required to be scanned and groped when beginning each day’s work. I think this methodology should apply also to management and corporate executives involved in the program. After all, we’ll never know when somebody could slip in to one of these roles very cleverly and pose a mortal danger. The assumption that such a danger has slipped in amongst ordinary citizens today in airports must also be applied to the TSA personnel themselves, to the highest offices! It’s only reasonable and logical. To review: an hour or two’s start up with scanners and gropers scanning and groping themselves, then turning their skills to management and upper level executives with the security companies will surely add to the sense of security these methods bring to us.
They can do what they want, impose their will, because if you protest at the airport you will be alone. No one will step up to defend you..
They will pick us off one by one like snipers.
I'm English, and whilst we (as far as I know) don't have these enhanced pat downs yet , I am sure they will be coming soon.We are the most surveilled country in the world and along with the USA are just part of a global totalitarian state. These measures are not about security and certainly not about terrorism, this is all about compliance and getting the general population,(using shock and awe tactics) used to being told what to do , in other words slavery, absolute subjugation and loss of personal sovereignty..The next logical step is to demand strip searches as a matter of course. The truly scary thing is that this has already happened in Germany BEFORE the start of the second world war.We must remember, we are many and they are few, it really is up to us to stop this now, fight back,(remember who you are, America is based on people not accepting tyranny) resist, educate,(you have a constitution ) don't be sheeple this does not have to be inevitable !!!.
