After declaring the Turko-Brazilian diplomatic push with Iran the “last chance” to settle the Western dispute with Iran without sanctions, the US did an end-around of the diplomatic process today, announcing that they had made a deal to sanction Iran even though a deal had been successfully reached in the talks.
Neither Brazil nor Turkey, two key US allies and current non-permanent members of the UN Security Council, appear to be very pleased with the announcement, with Brazilian officials saying they won’t even participate in the discussion of the sanctions at this point.
Turkey, which was to act as the intermediary in the third party enrichment deal, seems even more angry about the announcement, with Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu warning that it might “spoil the atmosphere” of the talks.
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Erdogan was even more outspoken, saying that the move seriously damaged the credibility of the UN Security Council, particularly as its permanent members are all armed with nuclear weapons while seeking to punish Iran for its purely civilian program.

The United States Government has absolutely zero interest in resolving this manufactured crisis with the Iranian Government in a peaceful manner. To the criminal gang now in charge of the United States government diplomacy is not a means to avoid war, rather it is a means to give war a cloak of legality, morality, and justification. The sheeple of the United States are about to be lied into another unneeded and unjust middle eastern war over a tissue of lies about the nuclear ambitions of the Iranian government..
That says it all, and absolutely correctly!!
Is there anyone left on this planet that we don't "irk."
Commander-in-Chiefing is no way to make friends and keep them!
"Non-aligned" is a survival of the old US-USSR bipolarity, instituted mostly, as the Cold War was also instituted, by the US.
If it has any meaning nowadays, it means "not aligned with the US".
So most of the world is unaligned, save a few countries in Europe, Central America, etc.
Turkey, Brazil, Iran, that is a very telling configuration for the future, to be added to Russia, China, India, and one predicts very shortly perhaps France, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Canada, even Japan.
If US policy makers had any brains–which they don't–they would see the handwriting on the wall.
Our Israeli masters want war with Iran. We Americans have no choice!
If ever the world needed proof positive that the US-Israel axis-of-evil were not bargining in good faith, here it is plain as day.
It is interesting how this round of sanctions has been tabled at UN SC. China and Russia are greatly helping here the Turkish-Brazilian effort. US pushing for sanctions — accompanied by the media blitz cartoon-like description of these countries as "naive", is consolidating world oppinion. It is also forcing into the open the "unresolved" issues — that is, the real issues behind the Iranian atom. The future of NPT is in question. If signatories of NPT have no longer the right to the nuclear cycle, i.e. enrichment, then what is the value of the agreement to the non-nuclear armed states? Pakistan, India, Israel and North Korea did much better by staying out/pulling out of NPT. The very meaning of the "international community" may be changed at the end of the day. This does not exclude irrational actions, such as a provocation by Israel. However, the new international consensus being shaped by this event, would not give it legitimacy. This is the first time in UN other actors are taking center stage, not always the same Russia-China vs. the "international community".
Antiwar and commentators here are painting a picture like China and Russia are against these sanctions, but everywhere I have been reading that they are absolutely behind the sanctions; not just willing to talk about them, but are backing them and want them installed. I don't want to fall for the MSM trap, but this is being reported absolutely everywhere that I have looked. Is anyone willing to help elucidate what is really going on here? Are they backing or not? I don't want to fall victim to MSM manipulation if that is what's going down.
Ok I see that the second link has been updated and I have some more information. It is unclear whether China and Russia have agreed to these sanctions before or after the deal announcement. If they did agree so before, the MSM will try to paint them as evil backpedlers I assume. Does anyone have any insight on what is really going on. It will be a huge slap in the face to everyone if Russia and China do agree to the sanctions despite the dealio.
There is absolutely no justification of the aggression carried out by the US against a nation that has not antagonized its neighbors and has only defended itself in recent times due to US proxy element, Iraq. All this political posturing makes no sense. All those Security Council Members are in bed together. Mark my words all of them will come to agreement and punish the good nation of Iran for nothing whatsoever. I fully commend Iran for embarking on a program of self reliace because none of these countries mean her any good. The game of Chess is perfected by the Persians and believe me Iran will have the last laugh.
USA master of excuses if there in no nuke problem then there are other problems when your

That Iran's nuclear program is purely civilian must be emphasized in all antiwar commentary by the matter of the pursuit of nuclear weapons is illegal per Iranian law as was announced in a 2005 fatwa by Ayatollah Khamenei. Even Ahmadinejad reiterated this to Charlie Rose saying that his country having nukes is contrary to Iranian religious beliefs and culture. To any in the MSM who would question this anti-nuke conviction among Iran's leadership, ask them–what precedence would this set in a state based on Shia jurisprudence?
How can we have any creditability when we have a Muslim President running a Christian nation.
