In comments over the weekend, President Obama defending the ongoing Iran nuclear negotiations, saying he doesn’t “understand why it is everybody’s working so hard to anticipate failure.”
Obama was critical of the “partisanship” in criticisms of his policy, singling out Sen. John McCain (R – AZ) for his denunciations of Secretary of State John Kerry, saying they “crossed all boundaries.”
McCain had accused Kerry of being “delusional” about the deal, with criticisms that centers on the lack of an actually text for the framework, and speculation over whether Kerry’s version of the deal or Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s was closer to the reality.
The US and Iran reached a sideline deal on the framework, keeping much of it a secret so they could each spin the deal as they wished. The two versions are so far afield of one another, however, that what the deal actually is remains unclear.
Obama seemed primarily to be mad that McCain was taking Khamenei’s word over Kerry’s saying that “needs to stop.” This could be resolved pretty quickly if the text of the deal itself were released, but that appears not to be considered.
Surely it needs to stop so is Obamas support for bombardment in Yemen killing Yemeni people, in Syria McCain needs to stop his support for terrorism and their supporters like GCC and Hillary Clinton support for non democratic, illegitimate and family owned kingdome like Saudi Arabia.
Look: you can not correct already a corrupt kingdome where they're engaged in all kind of criminality still covering their frauds under the name of Islam, ISIS/Al-Queada among others are their creation, you are not going to see a church in Saudi arabia because these people have no respect for humans right to begin with.
I think the "delusional" one was the one making the accusation – and has been for a great number of years. Can't even imagine the nightmare we'd be in if McCrazy had gotten elected as President.
"This could be resolved pretty quickly if the text of the deal itself were released, but that appears not to be considered."
I'm glad to see that final sentence, Jason. No matter how much Antiwar.com and the vast majority of its readers support and hope for an Iran settlement, we can't have a foreign policy based on spin and on "secret agreements secretly arrived at." Obama should release the agreement for public view and then go all-out to defend it.
Its interesting with Obama's all seeing eyes like the NSA that he can't persuade these puppets to dance to his tune. He needs to give these devils something else to concern their idle hands with. I hope Obama succeeds. His detractors want failure because war is expensive and that means more money for their constituents (war profiteers), the think tanks funded by their constituents/foreign governments will heap praise on them so they will have social support for their reelection, more money from the Israel lobby to their campaigns. The war profiteers need a new way of making a profit that doesn't rely on murder and disorder.
The Puppets are already Dancing for Lobby Bucks and Adel-Paided like McGoo.
