There is pretty much constant speculation about the status of the Iran negotiations with the P5+1, with everyone saying a potential deal is close, but never really spelling out what that means.
Today, diplomats say the US and Iran have reached a tentative agreement on a “formula” for the future P5+1 talks, aiming effectively to get everyone to put down on paper which topics of discussion they agree on, and which still need to be discussed.
This may sound unnecessary, but so often the negotiators are finding themselves going back to topics they thought they had agreements on, and not making any progress on the remaining subjects.
In addition, Iran and the US have reportedly agreed on a formula for the reduction of Iran’s uranium stockpile, which may include sending some to Russia to be converted to fuel for the Bushehr power plant.
Pretense of good —- Hiding intent to be enriched upon Iran’s misery
So far Empire USA has gained much from the talks, bringing to a standstill the expansion of Iran’s nuclear energy, destroying the claim by Republicans that Obama is cowering down to Iran and pleasing Israel to no end.
Notwithstanding, Iran has gained nothing, gone in reverse actually and this must by causing their military to have kittens. Which could bring about some kind of regime change, perhaps Obama’s only objective in starting these talks, as he surely has no plans to ever reduce the sanctions Iran now suffers.
Just like the Israeli-Palestinian "negotiations" – designed to drag them out as Gareth Porter suggests.
Please check your sources before you "write", Jason. Iran has categorically denied the rumor.
Yes Jason, check your sources because you know that the US is always going to be lying about it's objective in Iran. You'll find that inevitably the truth is coming from Iran. The only truth coming from the US on the Iran issues is the truth Wesley Clarke told us about them being on the hit list.

For Jason gave us the latest news yesterday, you give us the latest news today, so how can your news be greater then his?
For how can today be better then yesterday? Surely, as I was born three-fourths of a century ago and for me that was much grander a time then today.
