Israeli Strike on Police Station in Northern Gaza Kills 15-Year-Old Boy

At least three Palestinians were killed by Israeli attacks across Gaza on Tuesday

An Israeli strike in Gaza on Tuesday killed a 15-year-old boy, Reuters reported on Tuesday, as the IDF continues its constant violations of the US-backed ceasefire deal.

Medics told Reuters that the boy was killed by an Israeli attack on a police station in northern Gaza, which also wounded several policemen.

Gaza’s police have become a frequent target of the Israeli military in recent months as the IDF seeks to disrupt Hamas’s control of the area. An Israeli strike targeting a police vehicle in Gaza last month killed a three-year-old boy.

The boy was among at least three Palestinians who were killed by Israeli attacks in Gaza on Tuesday. One Palestinian was killed, and several were wounded by an Israeli strike in the Sheik Radwan neighborhood of Gaza City, and another Palestinian was killed by Israeli tank shelling in central Gaza.

The latest violence in Gaza comes amid reports that Israel is considering restarting its full-scale bombing campaign, beyond its daily attacks that it has been conducting in violation of the ceasefire deal. The IDF has also violated the truce by expanding the “yellow line” and taking over more territory.

Gaza’s Health Ministry said in its daily update on Tuesday that since the so-called ceasefire deal was signed, the IDF has killed at least 834 Palestinians and wounded 2,365. “A number of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews have been unable to reach them so far,” the ministry wrote on Telegram.
