Locals and human rights activists are up in arms today in the remote Greek village of Praggi, where some 150 Syrian refugees who were living in the courtyard of the local church have mysteriously “disappeared.”
The only clue about what happened is that white police vans were seen moving toward the church. After that, all the Syrians were simply gone.
Greek police have been very open about their desire to make life “unbearable” for refugees to convince them to flee somewhere else, but they’ve so far been mum on the Praggi refugees. It is believed they were forced back across the border into Turkey.
Other refugees have had much the same experience with fleeing to Greece, reporting routine beatings and general abuse much in the vein of what they were fleeing from in he first place.
I don't condone brutal treatment, beatings, etc., of anyone, but Greece is the entry point of illegal aliens and refugees into the rest of Europe. Most of the crime in Greece is being committed by these "immigrants" and their swelling numbers are placing a huge strain on the social welfare system there while native Greeks are suffering from austerity and unemployment brought on in no small part by the EU and zionist-controlled puppet government of Prime Minister Samaras. This is exactly why a nationalist movement like the Golden Dawn Party is rapidly increasing in popularity in spite of the zionist's concerted efforts to destroy it by jailing party leader Nikos Michaloliakos and the execution-style murder of two GD members, probably by communists or possibly Mossad.
Two things are known: they were refugees and Syrians. Is it know if they were Christians, Moslems, or some other faith?
