In new comments to ABC News, FBI Director James Comey warned that there are “thousands” of online followers of ISIS inside of the United States, and that the bureau is struggling to track their interactions beyond social media.
“We see a connection made, and then it disappears,” Comey said, adding that encrypted communications were in many cases impossible for them to break even with a court order.
Comey said this amounted to a shift in the process of online radicalization, as where at one point would-be recruits had to go to considerable lengths to find anything, they now make contact on Twitter or Facebook, and are then steered to more secure forms of communication.
The comments were made in the context of Garland shooter Elton Simpson, though officials have conceded they don’t really think he was working with ISIS, but was at most “inspired” by them.
Comey said Simpson was one of thousands of Americans consuming the “digital poison” from social media, saying it was like having a devil on their shoulders telling them to kill people all the time.
So, is someone who looks up ISIS on Internet out of curiosity considered a "supporter"?
"…Comey warned that there are “thousands” of online followers of ISIS inside of the United States…"
As opposed to those who purvey pornology and those who seek it? Comey's unspoken threat is that we will be overrun with ISIS terrorist if they don't catch those reading supposed ISIS tweets. Are we overrun with sexual terrorists who rampantly rampage through our streets attacking all those church going old ladys? – they should be in the millions by now, I would think) using Comey's equations.
Yes, I believe we are being "worked" but not by ISIS.
So let me see if I have this straight. Everyone who decides to read about ISIS on social media (perhaps because in college you learned it is best to learn about something by reading the original source materials) is now an ISIS follower? If I follow ISIS on Twitter I am an ISIS supporter? I guess that made everyone who read Mein Kampf so they could try to learn what was going on in Hitler's mind a Nazi. I understand. So now going forward only the special people in the government are allowed to read what the bad people actually say about themselves. For the rest of us, those evil ISIS words are so dangerous we will immediately turn into a pillar of salt if we read them.
If we read about the Evil ISIS on this website, are we Evildoers as well? Should we all turn ourselves in to the FBI for thinking the name "ISIS"?
Does anybody still think that Google, Facebook, and Twitter are not government projects?
All of those internet plugins, and connections are all over the desert. Who knew?

February 16, 2015 Unlimited War! ISIS Psyop Theater Comes to Full Fruition
The CIA and the U.S. Military Industrial Complex have now invested over 6 months of ISIS branding, promotion, and public relations. It was revealed by early January of 2015 that the U.S. had already dumped over one billion dollars to fight ISIS. All supposedly invested in failed air strikes and un-televised secret battles against ISIS where the U.S. ends up attacking Syrian targets instead.

"thousands of online followers of ISIS in the United States"
And just when did the government get such an all-encompassing police state surveillance of people? How about the 1800's when Alexander Graham Bell invented the telegraph and telephone, all owned today by the richest of the rich along with all of mainstream media, all to make sure that no one is causing trouble for the rich.
"the process of online radicalization"
As all of "online" hardware and software is ownership controlled by the corporate rich, as government is doing the will of the rich, we need to turn on some common horse sense if we are to ever run for daylight.
So, all of the lower half of American society has endured equal "radicalization", they being of the laboring-class and endure poverty from birth, it being the best form of slave enforcement known to man. And so, the big difference between Muslim rebels and the entire impoverished and vengeance filled lower half, is that they are so well organized and so willing to fight for freedom.
And short, Muslim radicals are ahead of their time, but just you wait and see.
This is a New World Order S–t!! Lies upon lies upon lies upon lies. How anybody cannot see through this crap is a mystery to me. Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh my!
What this life is all about — Reach the conclusion of capitalism
We are all born with a different level of intelligence, which makes it most perfect for everyone to experience the four most essential elements of a good society, namely compassion, pity, charity toward a lower class and a grateful response toward those in a higher class.
Problem is, we live in a society where from birth to death not hardly a soul experiences compassion, pity, charity or gratitude. For in a competition based society everyone is forced to win the better jobs by competition, with those of low ability to compete being the laboring-class getting starvation minimum wage. With those of no ability to compete being among the homeless and not hardly a soul feeling the slightest compassion or pity for them.
