Relations between the European Union and Israel have been tense recently, but look to be getting a lot worse, as Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon announced he is “outlawing” Belgium-based non-profit the Council for European Palestinian Relations (CEPR) on “national security” grounds.
The CEPR has organized several delegations to Israel and the occupied territories including top European Union MPs. Ya’alon said his “outlawing” of the group means that not only will Israel seize any of its assets, but they may also arrest the European MPs for being linked to a banned organization.
Ya’alon’s statement justified the ban on the grounds that the CEPR had publicly opposed Israel’s blockade of the Gaza Strip, and Israeli media outlets dutifully accused that of meaning the group was “lobbying” for Hamas.
CEPR leaders criticized the ban, saying the group has no affiliation with any political parties anywhere in the world, and intends to challenge the Israeli ban through any legal means available.
Pschycologicaly, these people are paranoid to a point of no return, they are pathetic lier with no trust toward anything that moves, they have so much gilt in them that everything that they touch is dirty as their mind is, everything and anything out there is against these people, this is one of the classical samples in high power where the wrong doing is good only for his kind, where justice is only possible when they see it fit and rest of the social agendas is a imagined world turning on their favors.

Exactly. This would be one of the best tits-for-tats since the end of the Cold War in 1989. If Israel dares arrest any EU MP's, then the EU would have every reason to arrest any (and all) Israeli war criminals who try to enter Europe. After all, Europe has a much more eligible reason to arrest Israeli war criminals than Israel would have to arrest any European MP.
I think arresting an EU MP might be more than Israel can chew. Israel seems to be pushing the bounds of it relations with nations that have nominally supported them over the years. As Israel gets more extreme and indefensible, more of their "friends" will drop the charade of support.

the EU position as most commentators in this forum are not against 'jews' as such, but the heinous deeds of israel/zionists – there is a distinction. israel condemns itself by its own mmouth and more importantly actions- its policies /practices which amount to crimes in most people's book eg the ongoing dispossesion of palestinians, the oppression,the wars of agression, the double standards/ injustice and so forth. should israel choose justice, humanity, equality and peace – it would rejoin the civilised in this world there would be not scope to criticise it.
