Israeli Strike in Central Gaza Kills at Least One Palestinian

The IDF continues its daily attacks and constant violations of the US-backed ceasefire deal

An Israeli strike in central Gaza on Tuesday killed at least one Palestinian man and injured another person, medical sources told Turkey’s Anadolu Agency, as the IDF continues its daily attacks and constant violations of the US-backed ceasefire deal.

The deceased, identified as Abdulrahman al-Shaafi, was killed when two Israeli missiles hit the entrance of a house east of the Nuseirat refugee camp, and his body was brought to the al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir el-Balah. The Anadolu report said the Palestinian who sustained an injury was brought to the al-Awda Hospital.

Gaza’s Health Ministry said in its daily update on Tuesday that it recorded the Israeli killing of two Palestinians and the injury of 10 over the previous 24-hour period. The ministry said that since the so-called ceasefire deal was signed in October 2025, the IDF has killed 856 Palestinians and wounded 2,463.

“A number of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews have been unable to reach them so far,” the ministry wrote on Telegram,” the ministry wrote on Telegram.

The Trump administration has offered no criticism of Israel’s constant violations of the ceasefire deal in Gaza, which has also included restrictions on aid entering Gaza and moving the “yellow line” further west, giving the IDF control of nearly 60% of the Palestinian territory.
