Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Thursday that he has told the US there will be no Palestinian state in any post-war scenario and that Israel must control all of the territory from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea, which includes the West Bank and Gaza.
“In any future arrangement … Israel needs security control all territory west of the Jordan,” Netanyahu said at a news conference. “This collides with the idea of sovereignty. What can you do?”
His comments came after Secretary of State Antony Blinken called for the creation of a Palestinian state. Other US officials have floated the idea of linking Israeli-Saudi normalization with the creation of a Palestinian state in the future, but Netanyahu has rejected both ideas.
“This truth I tell to our American friends, and I put the brakes on the attempt to coerce us to a reality that would endanger the state of Israel,” Netanyahu said.
A report from NBC News published on Wednesday said the US was looking past Netanyahu for any future arrangement, with one official saying the Israeli leader “will not be there forever.”
Netanyahu responded to the report by suggesting he’s the only thing preventing a Palestinian state. “Whoever is talking about the ‘day after Netanyahu’ is essentially talking about the establishment of a Palestinian state with the Palestinian Authority,” he said.
White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby responded to Netanyahu’s comments about no Palestinian state. “We obviously see it differently,” he said. While the Biden administration claims it opposes the Israeli occupation of Gaza once the conflict is over, it continues to provide Israel with unconditional military aid and other types of support.
So far, the Israeli slaughter in Gaza has killed over 24,000 Palestinians and wounded over 60,000. As the conflict drags on, many more Palestinians could die of starvation and disease caused by the brutal siege. According to a report on Israeli TV, Netanyahu said this week that the campaign could continue into 2025.
Lets hope that Netanyahu suffers the way Ariel Sharon did and just withers away. There will be a Palestinian state and Israel will have little to say about it once push comes to shove. Israel will not last in its present form should it continue on its reckless path.
I just hope that state of Palestinians isn’t “extinction”.

It took about 10 days for the court to order “provisional measures” in the Russian invasion of Ukraine while the case is considered.

The Court has no enforcement mechanism, so Israel will ignore the Court’s findings, but they will lose in the Court of World Opinion.

To answer your first question, if it was a “slam dunk” the ruling would have been handed down after 8 days. Two of your questions I can not answer, because I have no idea what ASI stands for. To me ASI stands for aircraft speed indicator.
As for “attempted Murder” paragraph. If your car speeds out of control and almost kills someone, you will not be charged with attempted murder, unless it can be proven that was your intent.

Literally every analysis by a qualified lawyer or jurist I’ve seen has called it (if not a slam dunk) a very solid case. The only people not admiting what a strong case it is are Israelis, American politicians and technocrats, and clueless neocon shit stains like yourself.
I don’t think the International Court could find its arse in the dark, but time will tell, I suppose. Color me skeptical that this crowd will find the cajones to find against the puppet and its Hegemon master.

The next step will be a hearing to determine, first, whether the court has jurisdiction and, if it determines that it does, whether or not the acts alleged in the South African presentation could fall under the scope of the genocide treaty. If the ICJ judges those questions in the affirmative, it will proceed to decide whether to issue an indication of “provisional measures.”
Those proceedings are expected in the next few weeks.
If the court issues provisional measures, Israel will be legally bound to cease the actions that could ultimately be found to amount to genocide. The ICJ has no enforcement ability, of course, so that possibility would depend on action by the Security Council, where three of Israel’s enablers have veto power. Still, the issuance of provisional measures would be a very, very big deal.
A final ruling in the case, if it proceeds, will almost certainly take years.
