Israeli forces carried out multiple airstrikes against southern Lebanon today, targeting the village of Houla and the town of Tayr Harfa. One Hezbollah member was reported killed in the Houla strike and four people wounded, three of whom were hospitalized.
The strike on Tayr Harfa targeted paramedics carrying out humanitarian duties at the time. Two of were wounded in the attack and their vehicle damaged by a mortar shell.
Israel reported it was attacking “terrorist infrastructure” in Houla but have yet to address what they were expecting to accomplish in attacking the paramedics. Paramedics with civil defense groups have been targeted several times in recent months.
Israel has been carrying out near daily attacks on southern Lebanon and talking up a potential invasion of their northern neighbor. The US has been cautioning Israel, which is already engaged in a Gaza invasion, against launching another war.
Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant is reportedly against escalating into a Lebanon invasion right now, saying he believes the focus should be on a hostage exchange with Hamas in Gaza first.
There are many hawks in the current Israeli government, however, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is reportedly threatening to fire Gallant if he gets in the way of starting a full-scale war on Lebanon in a timely fashion.
Gallant actually is trying to save Israel from a potential back invasion by Hezbollah if the Zionist starts the ground assault…!…!
Some potential logic in that…
"potential back invasion by Hezbollah" Not sure what a back invasion is, but if Hezbollah leaves their Lebanon and enters Israel they will be in the open. How would that be a good idea for them?

Live by the sword then die by the sword..israel's end will be ugly, and final. They are unable to coexist with anyone so they must be boycotted, beaten down, and forced to leave Palestine.
Actually Gallant has now reversed himself and has said that a war with Hezbollah is inevitable. Evidently trying to save his job.
The Idiot in charge in Tel Aviv will start a war at a time advantageous to himself. I fail to see any logic in Hezbollah's holding back.
Netanyahu is strictly interested in saving his own ass, and will therefore start as many wars as he can. Having proved that he has absolutely no regard for human life, there is no chance that he will back down, and having proved that they hate Arabs as much as their leader, the Israeli population will not stop supporting him.
People who stand by wringing their hands as they watch the carnage have to be idiots to think that anything is going to change.
