                If I was planning a trip to Palestine with a view toward fighting the Israeli regime, I suspect I’d pick Beirut as my initial arrival point. If nothing else, the Lebanese regime is less organized than Jordan’s or Egypt’s and probably less likely to decide that its bread is buttered on the side of getting in the way of people coming through. But that’s just my best guess and not something I’m interested enough in doing myself to devote much time to.
