A new poll from the Saban Center shows a strong majority of Israeli Jews are supportive of the idea of a nuclear free Mideast, with 65% saying they would support an agreement in which the entire region, including Israel, agreed to give up nuclear weapons. Israel is the only nation in the region which has nuclear weapons.

MOTIVE — CLASS
The voting majority in Israel is the 51% most educated and wealthy, and as they have all the wealth, dearly love they do the strong feeling of security and “stability” that the A-bomb gives them.
So, polls in Israel are worthless, as it depends greatly upon which half of society is being polled. And as there is no one honest in this world, it all depends on the motive of those paying for the poll.
In the only democracy in the Middle East there is no chance that the opinion of the majority will determine government policy. Sort of like the United States in that way.
We have to be careful about putting all Israelis in the same category as that of their political leaders. The good people of Israel are watching their dream of a peaceful homeland go up in flames.
