With the introduction of Russian warplanes carrying out airstrikes in Syria, the US is dramatically ratcheting up its rhetoric against the involvement of anyone not formally part of their coalition in the conflict, saying that Russia is “doomed to failure” in their attempts to fight ISIS.
That might be dismissed simply as sour grapes, as America’s own war against ISIS is already going extremely poorly and they’re loathe to see anyone achieve their military goals against ISIS as a consequence. At the same time, however, State Department officials warn they view Russia’s involvement with “grave concern” and are demanding that Russia not launch any airstrikes against non-ISIS rebel forces.
Ironically, this is the exact same thing the US was heavily criticized for early in their war in Syria, as the Pentagon has not restricted its airstrikes to ISIS, but attacked multiple factions, particularly al-Qaeda’s Nusra Front, a move that fueled angry claims for other rebels that the US was undermining the rebellion, just like the US says Russia is now.
Pentagon officials say some of Russia’s early airstrikes “probably” weren’t in ISIS-held areas, though they were in the Homs Province, where ISIS has considerable influence. Some other rebel factions that have been armed in the past by the US are claiming that Russia hit them, while still other factions are claiming Russia hit random civilians.
Put even with US officials wringing their hands about Russia’s involvement in the war, State Department officials are saying that it won’t impact America’s war in Syria, and that they’re going to continue attacking targets in Syria.
This statement too is a confusing one, as Russia never called on the US to stop attacking ISIS, it was the other way around. Russia, indeed, has suggested the two nations should coordinate in fighting ISIS, something the US has rejected doing.
The Russian involvement in Syria is not about USA or what USG is saying, they are in Syrian for freeing Syria from a foreign paid, supported and sponsored terrorists-barbarism groups and their affiliated terrorists barbarism groups.
Yeah, I'm sure the Russians are all ready to take orders from the ones promoting terror on their borders. Not!
Russia has little to fear as these "non-ISIS rebel forces" only consist of four or five men, according to testimony before congress by Gen. Austin and little chance of being hit, so bombs away!
Russia understand that the falling of Assad means terrorism on their borders.America is far, they don't care. If Obama was clever enough he could understand that the fall of Assad means threat to Israel and Gerogia. Of course in case of threat Georgia will come back to Russia for asking help, but anyway,…I will only represt the words of Putin adresssing Obama : Do you only understand all the bad things you have provoked ?
All this supposed bombing of ISIS by the US is pure BS. Remember the attempt bt Obama to get the US involved in a shooting war against Assad and Syria? The plan that was shelved because the American people said "Hell No!!!" to another war in the ME? Yeah, that one. Well, the USG foolded the American people by telling them that they'll only bomb ISIS because they are soooo dangerous to our freedoms and way of life. Only thing is, the USG isn't bombing ISIS…they're fighting that war they were told the American people didn't want.
Need more proof that our government really doesn't give a ratsass what the American people want?
Yes, I'm amazed at how easy it is for journalists to find long lines of shiny new Toyota pickups, while Uncle Sam's spies, drones, and satellites can only find grain storage sheds and primitive oil refineries.
The thing about these so-called “rebels,” what they call the FSA, is that the possibility of them and ISIL being interchangeable is very high. Just think about it: both are US-managed, US-funded, US-paid and US-supported. So what's the difference? Personally, I don't see any. They can practically sift in and sift out between the two organizations if they wanted to.
They may come under different names, but in reality they wear the same coat. So expect to hear a lot of US complaints about rebels being targeted and killed. It's all part of the same US propaganda tactic.

The FSA are violent Sunni Jihadists just like their cousins in Al Nusra and Al Qaida.
A very large number of the non-ISIS forces in Syria fail to pass the US "vetting" requirement because they are al Qaeda.
The US supports everyone it can find that it can possibly vet. There are not many.
That means that any force not directly supported by the US failed vetting, it is al Qaeda or ISIS.
Thus, Russia is bombing al Qaeda, and the US is protesting to protect al Qaeda.
It was al Qaeda that attacked us. It was al Qaeda that was a key enemy in Iraq. Russia bombs them? Good. We defend them? Stupid.
The USA is fighting or has fought on the same side as Al-Qaida in 3 recent or current wars. Libya, Yemen and Syria. And Gen. Betrayus is openly suggesting thatt we ally with Al Qaida. Remember, this is the noble cause for which you gave up all your rights and liberties.
The US needs to send 4 or 5 American flags to 'the rebels' so that ALL of the US trained rebels can wear them around their shoulders and thus be identifiable to Russian pilots.
Al QAEDA (the list) was an invention of US and Brit Intelligence and military services that included many inter tribal and religious affilliationsb throughout middle east, Intel used them to clandestinly fund their war upon Russia in Afghanista, somalia, Sudan Chad Yemen and most effectively the destruction and intervention and todays subjugation of Balkans as no more than subjects to Europe and US financial interest.
Al hasbalways been back door entrance to finding out what Arabic or Islamic personalities have anti US feelings. alQaeda is the “Entrapment Mechanism” of US off shore security arms.
We aid the next #1 no matter the group just to keep groups fighting each other while ignoring What reL enemy Banks and financial interest, are doing to countries.
Putin is indeed doomed to failure in Syria. So is the US but that doesn't matter quite as much. The US has the economic resources to maintain a long drawn out and ultimately fruitless guerilla war. Putin doesn't., Afghanistan destroyed the Soviet Union. Vietnam didn't destrpy the US. The US has allies also able to maintain a long drawn out war. Putin is on his own. And the Russian economy is going under as sanctions bite. If he wanted to keep Ukraine, Putin should have kept out of Syria!
Putin has a plan it is very clear
whilst the US does not
The U.S. for the moment has the resources BUT if the $ ceases to be the world reserve currency, then the U.S. will not have the resources to carry on like we have. Iraq almost did us in.
Well, if the U.S. doesn't want their Jihadist army to be bombed then they should get them out of Syria, right? Russia needs to wipe them out.
There is no real loyalty or blood lineage affiliations in any of the groups that are killing and lopping of other Kurds Turks oe any damn guy with a gun you they did not sleep with last. Night being a target, their loyalty relatrs to survival and who pays the best.
If one survives say this latest Russian aerial assault they will soon be humping with another group no matter the title.
A guy has gotta have an income and no matter the feelings towards the boss you will kiss their ass to keep that job The man in ME looking for work is no different.
You can think he is only ecause you do not admit you are aiding your own leDers to pay for his killings., and are to morraly corrupt or fn depraved tocry out against such sabGery.
