Speaking today in Qatar, Secretary of State John Kerry accused Iran of moving ever closer to acquiring a nuclear weapon, insisting that they are “pushing the limits” of America’s patience and that “confrontation” is increasingly possible.
The comments follow what have been virtually daily screeds from the State Department since the end of the most recent P5+1 talks with Iran, which everyone involved other than the United States seems to agree marked significant progress.
The Obama Administration, by contrast, seems determined to pretend the talks never even happened, reiterating their military threats against Iran and reiterating claims that fly in the face of America’s own intelligence community estimates, which have shown Iran isn’t even attempting to acquire nuclear weapons, let alone nearing completion.
The administration’s reaction seems to be aimed primarily at placating Israel, which has been very public about the unwelcomeness of a diplomatic solution with Iran, insisting that only military threats can even force the nation to abandon its civilian program. President Obama is scheduled to visit Israel soon, in a visit which Israeli officials had initially hoped would set the stage for a summer war with Iran.

So he travels to Israel.., then Saudi Arabia where he and Saudis "stand for democracy" in syria and then he travels to Qatar saying another of his nonsense knowing its a nonsense.., that proves to me that this man works for two corner of the star…., where Paul Wolfowitz is the boss.., and AIPAC is the dear friends of Saudis and Qatari illegitimate king making the three other part of the star…, In the other hand.., by now the EU and us beginning to face the truth.., that Syria war is a losing war.., so desperation is the key word here.

Previous to their appointment, these North American officers are asked to undergo some training. It is given at Langley. They are taught to lie with a straight face and as Raimondo says to think that the Bizarro world is the real one. Moreover, they get rid of "unnecessary" baggage such as honesty, ethics, morality and other "useless" stuff.

The simple solution would be for Iran to allow unfettered access to their 'peaceful' nuclear facilities.

Why is it when these wonks make statements like…"pushing the limits” of America’s patience and that “confrontation” is increasingly possible…" the press doesn't question them regarding the Intelligence agencies (17 at last count) who all say that there is no intelligence to back up statements like this. Oh, wait, I forgot that the press no longer operates as it used to when they did actual reporting/investigating and questioning at every turn. Sorry…
