FBI Arrests DC Muslim After Another Phony ‘Terror Plot’
FBI Agents Pretended to Be al-Qaeda, Made Fake Suicide Vest
The FBI has uncovered another FBI-created terrorist plot in the DC Area today, this time ending with the arrest of an unnamed Moroccan-American in his 30′s, apparently the only non-FBI agent in the entire scheme.
The FBI says the operation was a “lengthy and extensive” one, and their agents pretended to be members of al-Qaeda, furnishing the arrested man with a phony suicide vest they had created and told him to attack Capitol Hill with it.
After receiving the FBI-created non-explosive vest, the man went to a local mosque to pray, and was arrested shortly thereafter on Constitution Avenue, not far from the Capitol building.
The FBI insisted that Congressmen were never in any danger from the manufactured plot, assuring everyone that it was “all very controlled.” Arrests in such “attacks” are fairly common. The FBI approaching someone, usually after an offhand comment made on Facebook, and then giving them fake explosives before arresting them, seems to be standard operating procedure.

So let me get this straight- Undercover Agents give a kid with extremist ideas a fake bomb… then arrest him for having a fake bomb and say the “stopped” a terrorist attack. Is this the world we want to live in with smoke and mirror operations for PR spin on a “war” which hemorrhages money and furthers War Profiteering? You can read much more about living in this Orwellian society of fear and see my visual response to these measures on my artist’s blog at http://dregstudiosart.blogspot.com/2011/09/living…

So why do they just target those of foreign birth and Muslims? Why don't we EVER see the FBI set up a White Southern Baptist guy or a Catholic who has a beef with the government? (Not picking on those two demographics in particular, but just for illustration) There are plenty of places online you can go to find anti-government and/or anti-US rhetoric being spouted 24/7 by 100% red-blooded born-and-bred Americans – why not go after THOSE people and set them up with fake plots? Maybe it would upset the official narrative of who the Enemy du Jour is?
I have no proof to back me up, but if I were a betting man I'd wager there are a lot more pissed-off WASPs in America who have a real problem with the government than there are pissed-off Muslims in America who have a problem with *anything*.

FACTS
(1) All of the Muslims that have been victimized by this type of FBI entrapment, actually brainwashed into being terrorists when they had neither the knowledge not desire and could never have done it on their own, they were all uneducated laboring men, men with no education but some high school.
(2) All of law enforcement in American is of the intelligent middle-class and they spend 95% of their time policing laboring men. The result being, that 95% of all inmates in our jails and prisons are laboring men.
(3) Empire USA houses in its jails and prisons over 25% of all inmates on earth.
LOGIC
Therefore, planet earth is an intelligence dictatorship.

The firm jawed, steely eyed FED's basically confessed. Their "lengthy and extensive investigation" indicates they took a long time into suckering this man into his actions. If he would have been a real jihadist, he would have been walking down the avenue with a fake vest within a couple days. The most ridiculous part of the charges will ignore the fact that it is an entrapment scheme. The Judges in these cases have been conned into the idea that these sting operations are not entrapment. They would probably believe Newt Gingrich's assertion that he was not a lobbyist.

Another "visa-overstayer" so it seems. Just like the 19 9/11 terrorists.

John, I believe the FBI has already been doing just that – look at the Internet data on the Oklahoma City bombing – that stupid truck didn´t do the damage we saw in the media. The FBI is framing people every day for crimes they didn´t commit. The FBI shares their trumped up charges pretty well equally, it´s just that those involving Muslims just get all the publicity.

Entrapping the innocent
Today virtually anything goes in the West in the name of national security and fighting terrorism.
The trend to entrap the people targeted unjustly on the basis of faith is on the rise. The law enforcement agencies instead of pursuing criminals are targeting devout mosque attendees. Innocent Muslims are being convicted on terrorism charges. They may have not committed any crime or there may not be any evidence of wrongdoing against them. Does not matter, it is the war on terror where everything is fair.
Specifically, it involves an entrapment sting with agents initiating the idea, then persuading individuals to discuss, putting so-called potential terrorists under surveillance and inciting them to plan or do actions they never intended to do.
In reality, every single major terror threat to emerge since 9/11 has been proven to be vastly overhyped, contrived or staged by the intelligence agencies of various governments. False alarms are raised to frighten citizens into supporting unjust wars. In other words, governments are terrorizing the citizens.
The Western media routinely present sensational stories of Islamist terrorism plots being foiled in the nick of time. The public, of course, feels safer. They have no idea they are being fooled or some innocents are falsely charged.
It is nobody’s case that we should remain silent spectators to incidents or threats of terrorism. But counterterrorism policies should be restructured without unfairly targeting a community as potential threats merely based on religion.

The Feds have already gone after various WASPS as you say, such as militia groups and members in various sting/set-up-type operations, the Hutaree Militia and those guys from Georgia currently on trial, to name a couple of them.

If some idiot wants to engage in jihad, the FBI is going to "help" him. That is their job. They had this fool totally skunked. This is a good thing, because it is better to take these wannabee jihadists out of circulation before they get a chance to hook up with real terrorists.

Watch this poor sap get 30 years. Meanwhile the soldier who'd forgotten the 4 pounds of C4 he'd 'accidentally' brought home from Afghanistan and carried around in a backpack and taken on a number of flights over almost a whole year …. charges dismissed. Justice tempered with mercy,eh?

The Waco Massacre, Ruby Ridge murders (murder of Randy Weaver’s wife & son at Ruby Ridge, Idaho) and the 1983 murder of Gordon Kahl in South Dakota all began as FBI sting operations. The FBI employs similar infiltration and sting techniques used by the Pinkerton Detective Agency who perfected the skills long before the FBI came into existence. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waco_Siege http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Randy_Weaver http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gordon_Kahl http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pinkerton_National_D…

I agree, this particular Moroccan man (not Moroccan-American) definitely overstayed his visa according to the FBI.
As for the 9/11 hijackers, some were here legally, some 'somewhat' legally, a few illegally:

To win a conviction the prosecutors just have to say "AlQaida" three times. The Defense knows this and they strike a plea bargain. End of story. We will never know the truth.

People get suckered into all sorts of things. But the punishments appear to be very unequal for such foolishness. For instance, tens of millions of people got suckered into voting for Dubya. And equal numbers or more to vote for all the Senators and Reps who approved the war with Iraq. Dubya and the rest of the politicians then told lies about how Saddam was only months from a nuke and how he had chem and bio weapons stockpiled and how we was going to wipe us all out if we didn't attack him first. All total bull, apparent to some at that time, and to any who will now bother to look in hindsight.
That little enterprise killed over 4,000 Americans. At least. That's how many the Pentagon admits died in 'combat', and doesn't include any of the dead mercs we've also lost over there. By contrast, OBL killed about 3,000 Americans.
People get suckered into all sorts of things. This guy was targeted because he was Muslim and because arresting him would make a good headline. He'll get 30 years or more in prison. Meanwhile, the millions of Americans who keep voting for politicians who kill more Americans than OBL won't get punished at all.

Yes, I have similar complaints; however, I am white, a former Captain, USA, MI, and am presently allegedly being set by the FBI with 24/7 idiots trying every tick in the book to send this innocent American to jail.

If indeed there were widespread terror plots, some pretty ugly incidents would have gotten through over the years. Plainly, most Moslems want to live in peace in the US and get on with their lives. The so-called terror taking place in Iraq and elsewhere tends to have a purpose – no blind nihilism but actual tactics in civil war. Just look at Ireland's past for instance, during the draconian Thatcher years – that's when you get "terror" and it tends to be domestic.
The FBI and other agencies are aware that generally speaking, crimes in America tend to be those of passion and not ideology. So if they have some anti-terrorism bucks, they have to invent terror plots, and build them up to get more money for their budgets.
And the public? Generally it likes to feel like it is living in a great big movie where exciting things happen (but they are also safe). This creates perfect suckers.

There are millions of "visa-overstayers" What is your point? The advantage to FBI is that in the unlikely event of his coming out of jail, he will still be deported.

These charades will continue so that massive, balloning, intrusive, government agencies can continue to justify the War on Terror, the War on the Dollar/Middle Class, and the War on Civil Liberites. Orwell was a genius indeed. How pathetic that our own masters could not even come up with an idea that trumps a high school English book. I wonder how many pieces of chocolate will be rashioned next week? Is Ron Paul the Emmanuel Goldstein of "1984." Stay tuned Sheeple.
