Determined to make the upcoming trial of Pfc Bradley Manning the precise moment that the concept of American due process is irrevocably destroyed, the prosecution has attempted to block Manning’s defense from calling any witnesses except for the ones the prosecution had already planned to call. Defense attorney David E. Coombs is complaining in particular that officials don’t want anything related to Manning’s mental health being entered into the record, or testimony from anyone involved in the investigation.

"…concept of American due process is irrevocably destroyed…"
And there is no sure bet that the Archons will not win and that the soul of this country, the right of due process, will not be ripped entirely from the fabric of our country. The Army has always operated just beyond bounds when it comes to due process but what they are doing to Manning is blatant and belligerent.

Is the US a democratic state or militarism state? Why did they block Manning’s defense from calling any witnesses? The US military want to kill Manningto scare the other whistleblower.
