Libya’s new rulers have been united by little more than wanting to get rid of Muammar Gaddafi and so, as they met world leaders on Thursday following his sudden downfall, the spotlight is now falling on their own divisions. In the confusion of their swift final seizure of power, mutual suspicions are growing within the ramshackle rebel coalition, and skepticism is deepening among the Libyan people whom they must now lead.
It's very obvious it would've been the right course for division because most of the top leaders are x Gadhaffi's loyalists (Thugs). They are x butchers who are carrying Libyan blood on their shoulder. They changed their loyalty from Gadhaffi to CIA because their pay was bigger. They don't care about Libyan people or Libya. This will give excuse for Nato to occupy Libya & control the oil fields while Libya will turn into another Iraq.
You said it, bruther. It's the same shit with a different day. And at the end, the Libyans are still as screwed now as they were before.
One thing we've not heard about, unlike Iraq and Afghanistan and the other "Arab Spring " countries, is anything regarding elections. Is that because they've just been so busy killing each other that it just hasn't come up in the conversation? Or is it because NATO, assuming they're the ones advising the "rebels", never intended to suggest elections knowing that in a tribal environment, elections are futile – kind of like, say, Afghanistan? Now that Gaddafi is pretty much out of the picture, it only remains to be seen how quickly things deteriorate into utter chaos and NATO descends in person (in numbers – you know, "boots on the ground") to institute martial law – for humanitarian purposes only, of course. As it intended to do from the start. And I assume Sarkozy is salivating to get into the Imperial Game again.
Or, maybe, it's because they don't know what elections were never having had any? Of course, Qaddafi being the exception since they loved him and all. The fact that he usurped power by force and stayed there for over 40 years is only a testament to his great character, love of freedom and the approval of his people.
See, goes to show you that those savages need an iron-fist…errr…I mean a good, king-hearted, loving father figure who only called them 'rats' as a pet name and out of love – to lead them into greatness, security and paradise.
