Footage released on Tuesday by Laura Loomer, an extremist political activist known to have influence on the Trump administration, shows Sen. Lindsey Graham celebrating his birthday at a drone factory in Ukraine just days before his death.
Loomer said that Graham visited the factory belonging to the Ukrainian military-linked firm SkyFall two days before his death, which would put the visit on July 9, his 71st birthday. Photos of Graham holding a drone at the SkyFall factory were released the day of his death, but it was unclear exactly when he visited the facility.
The footage shows a drone flying inside the facility, carrying a sign that reads “Happy Birthday.” Loomer said that SkyFall had gifted Graham a drone that was going to be delivered to his house, but it would now be deployed in the war.

2 days before he died, Senator Lindsey Graham spent his 71st birthday visiting the @SkyfallUA Drone Facility in Ukraine. He took a photo with the P1-SUN drone interceptor, and it was the last photo he took before he died.

“[T]hey’re going to deploy the drone to the frontlines so that it could be used to kill Russians,” Loomer said in a video recorded at the SkyFall facility. “Rest in peace, Senator Lindsey Graham, a defender of freedom and liberty all around the world.”
The US is known to support long-range Ukrainian drone attacks inside Russia by providing intelligence for the operations, which have been killing an increasing number of Russian civilians.
During her visit to Ukraine, Loomer met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and said she had reversed her position on the war, having previously opposed US involvement and been harshly critical of Zelensky himself. “I was bamboozled by Russian propaganda,” she told Zelensky in an interview that was promoted by President Trump.
Not long after the interview was released, a Ukrainian drone struck an Iranian commercial ship in the Caspian Sea, marking a significant escalation between Kyiv and Tehran. Loomer is a staunch supporter of Israel and the US war against Iran, suggesting recently that the US should have bombed the funeral of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, calling the gathering, which was attended by millions, a “target-rich environment.”
