Israeli forces killed at least three Palestinians in Gaza on Monday, according to reports from the Strip, as the IDF continues its relentless attacks across the Palestinian territory in violation of the US-backed ceasefire deal.
The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that a man, identified as Mohammad Isleem, died of wounds he sustained in an Israeli strike on Deir el-Baleh, central Gaza, early Monday morning.
On Monday evening, the news agency reported that an Israeli drone strike in Gaza City killed one Palestinian, and another was killed by an attack south of Deir el-Balah. Three Palestinian fishermen were also wounded by an Israeli drone while they were working at sea off the coast of Gaza.
Gaza’s Health Ministry said in its daily update, which it releases about midday Gaza time, that two Palestinians were killed and one succumbed to wounds sustained in an earlier Israeli attack over the previous 24-hour period, bringing its death toll since the so-called ceasefire deal was signed in October 2025 to 1,203.
Also on Monday, rescue workers in Gaza announced that they recovered the bodies of 99 Palestinians under a home in Gaza City that was struck numerous times during Israel’s genocidal war. The Health Ministry said that at least 803 bodies have been recovered from the rubble, but many thousands remain trapped as the US and Israel have refused to allow construction equipment to enter Gaza, preventing a much-needed recovery effort and the start of reconstruction.
