Israeli Attacks Kill at Least Six Palestinians in Gaza for Second Day as IDF Continue Constant Ceasefire Violations

Israeli forces have killed at least 1,076 Palestinians in Gaza since the so-called ceasefire deal was signed in October 2025

Israeli attacks across Gaza on Tuesday killed at least six Palestinians, medical officials told Reuters, marking the second day in a row that the daily death toll reached that number as the IDF continues its constant violations of the US-backed ceasefire deal.

One Israeli strike hit a tent camp on the beach west of Gaza City, killing at least one person, identified as Imran Abu Jarad, and injuring several others. In Gaza City’s southern Tel Al-Hawa neighborhood, an Israeli strike hit a vehicle, killing at least two people. The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that one of the slain was a minor.

In southern Gaza, multiple Israeli attacks killed one man and wounded two children in the al-Mawasi tent camp near Khan Younis. A separate strike in Khan Younis killed at least one person, and Israeli gunfire in Rafah killed one Palestinian and wounded nine others.

The Popular Resistance Committees, an armed Palestinian group formed by ex-Fatah fighters during the Second Intifada in 2000, said that one of the strikes in Khan Younis killed one of its senior leaders, Waheed Abu Salem. The IDF claimed to Reuters that a separate attack targeted a Hamas militant, but it provided no evidence, and regardless of who the IDF targets, each attack is a violation of the October 2025 ceasefire deal.

Medical sources told WAFA that since the so-called ceasefire deal was signed, Israeli forces have killed 1,076 Palestinians in Gaza and wounded 3,474. The IDF has also violated the agreement by conducting ground incursions to capture more land in Gaza, and is currently believed to control more than 70% of the Palestinian territory.
