Call Congress and the White House: Say No To War With Venezuela

The House is voting on a bipartisan War Powers Resolution today to block President Trump from launching an illegal attack on Venezuela. Please contact your representative and tell them to support H.Con.Res 64 (click here to find your rep. or call the congressional switchboard at 202-224-3121).

Also, contact the White House by calling the comment line (202-456-1111) and urge President Trump not to start a war with Venezuela. A source on Capitol Hill has told Antiwar.com that the president is expected to announce plans to launch a war with the country when he addresses the nation tonight at 9 pm EST.

“We need masses calling Congress and the White House against this apparently imminent war against Venezuela,” Scott Horton, the Editorial Director of Antiwar.com, wrote on X.

On Tuesday, Trump declared he was enforcing a “total and complete” blockade on Venezuela, signaling airstrikes on Venezuelan territory may be his next step. The US has built up a large force in the Caribbean and continues bombing alleged drug boats in the region.
