Iranian leaders aren’t even close to the top of the list of actors likely to trigger World War Last. Unfortunately, of course, some of their adversaries are.

            However, no one should make the mistake of thinking Iran won’t act, or isn’t able to do so with real impact, if Israel’s mad terror campaign continues unabated.

         and not to be out-done, Iran has signed the NNPT even though they do not have any nuclear weapons. furthermore, the US, being a signatory of the NNPT, is required to assist Iran in building a properly safe nuclear power-plant, which to this day has not even begun to happen.

   1. Israel needs to snap out of it… It gets harder and harder to support Israel at all and their killing and carnage is beyond explanation or any kind of understanding. How can one defend what is indefensible. The year is 2023. How much more time does Israel need to realize a new approach is needed? If you want PEACE you have to make PEACE.

7. Israel is saying it may be a long war… but they’re not even engaged and already begging for US assistance. How does this reflect on Israel’s military preparedness? Is the IDF- like its civilian handlers- a lot of smoke and mirrors and in reality without US backing just a paper tiger? Certainly, Israel has the technical and hardware advantage over the Palestinians- but then, the US had that over the Iraqis and Afghans and look who’s left standing and look who left the country. I predict Israel is talking tough but when they finally realize that their actions will come with a price tag as well they’ll stand down. But, mark my words, when they do stand down you can bet your last shekel they’ll spin it so they’re refraining from invading Gaza ‘for humanitarian reasons’ and of course it won’t be because they don’t have the body bags for the sort of fight that will entail. Israel is burning a lot of bridges with the world community, and with its own people.

8. Why on earth would they do that? The whole point of spending billions on you military is to have an unfair a fight as possible. An invasion of Gaza takes away many many of the IDF’s advantages. Why get into a Mexican knife fight when you can just drone them while eating a donut in your bunker. It isn’t logical.
