Most drones are used illegaly and cill civilians its not right by any standard. And no the world will all start building them to be able to act like America. They have to to make sure America nows others have the same ability.America and other western followers need to change there poloicys toward war illegal wars.We could have a much better wourld if only absolutly nessasary wars were fought not wars baised on lies.
