The term Taliban is used by our war-mongers to convince us to support the senseless war in Afghanistan -- call it GWOT or COIN. Just imagine if someone invented the term 'Student' and applied it to all students present or past. Then used this term to explain every crime in the world. Pretty soon we will all be scared of 'Students', and will be willing to part with our money and liberty to stop this menace. The term Taliban is used by Pakistan to scare us into giving them $$$.
