This is the same sort of "ultimatum" the Serbs faced with the west before the bombs fell. There are never enough concessions for someone who has already made up their mind to engage in the sort of death and destruction they intend for you. You have evil sociopaths at the levers of power.

Beware the ideas of the witch........ After sleeping on this one, I've changed my mind........ I think that her awkward squawk may play to divide the Quartet plus 1.... Who would want to be seen taking her position..???

Actually it will be interesting to see how Hillary's intransigence plays out in the end.... Will all of Europe and the Russians go along with..her abrupt abrogation of THEIR diplomatic perrogatives..?? I am betting the answer is NO... because really it's bargaining 101, Didn't the % to be shipped begin at 80%? Now I see 70% as the figure, I had suggested 60%.. to be transferred segmentally thereby reserving some modicum of recourse if the landscape turns hostile.

It is really odd though, how Europe has gone along with all the naked hypocrisy and double standard.
How are these people able to look in the mirror, or talk shop with colleagues...... I suppose the answer is [as always] MONEY & lots of it... No wonder we're broke....

In running a hegemony acting arrogantly is at time intentional. (read Churchill’s Memoirs)

It seems Hillary wants the failure of any negotiation with Iran. Obama might have a different curve of thought.

If so, why isn’t he stopping her? Is he weak?

I did tell that to Hillary the other day, on the State Dept. website. I encourage everyone to flame her. I've been flaming the Whitehouse, the UN WHO, NATO ISAF, the Nobel Committee, the EC. I call them all Nazis and I'm sure this upsets them. Then they do more outlandish things. At this point, I think the path to the future is to make them go insane to the point of obviousness to the masses who one by one will realize that they want us all dead.

"Just trying to buy time?" Why do you fall for the Washington spin on this? Did you not read the article where it said, "The idea of third party enrichment was initially proposed by the Iranian government?"

They aren't trying to buy time. They were proposing something serious that would help prove their intention to NOT use their stockpile for a bomb. But that's not good enough for Washington. Washington insists that Iran capitulate completely, allow France to confiscate their existing LEU, and ultimately stop producing LEU entirely. And believe me, based on prior broken contracts where Iran has actually paid the West for something that was never delivered, the Iranian concerns are legitimate.
