THe Iranians are being very very generous. By law they don't have to do anything. they have proven time and time again that their program is legal, peaceful and that they are not interested in Nuclear weapons. IF I were the Iranians I wouldn't even discuss my nuclear program. I would have just submitted them a proposal of things related to stabilizing the middle east, eradicating illicit drugs, and help framing afghanistan. You need Iran for all those things.

I don't want to see the leaders in iran bow down or submit to the wests bullying like libya did. If they stop fighting the imperialism of the US and israel who will be left to fight them? This was never about nuclear weapons because the US government already knows that Iran doesn't have nuclear weapons. I dare say that Iran is caving in to the threats. They have a legal right to enrich uranium and will never stop god willing. If Iran enriches to 3 percent and then ships their supply to russia, russia will enrich to a higher level, ship to france and france will turn them into fuel rods where they can't be turned into nukes. The problem with this is that the israelis will intercept the shipments from russia and sabotage them.

The iranians will never get their supply and will be forced to go back to enriching the high level themselves. Then the MSM can say that the Iranians are in violation and totally ignore the Israeli sabotage.

The IAEA lacks authority to consider a decision by any country to export or import fuel. The IAEA Statute limits its functions to technical matters.
