Latin America suspicious of the United States, just shocking. How could they. President Obushama expressing surprise, how could he. Audacity perhaps?

Certain factions within the United States and Israel, who share a common vision of Global Empire building, have their sites set on the wholesale theft of the natural resources of Latin America. They conduct a "soft invasion" of the target country through the of NGO's first, in order to find out whom they can bribe and or use in other ways to further their goals. ( These "human tools" , regardless of financial status, fall into a very specific psychological and ideological profile.)
The next step is to gain military access through the "soft invasion" process which began with Iran-Contra. The DEA serves as the vehicle, or trojan horse, used to gain eventual military access. The US makes allegations that the target country is" a haven for drug smuglers". This allows the trojan horse into the target country. Once inside, the main operation becomes gaining control of the country's resources and government to serve as a client state.
With U.S. and Israeli military backing, a puppet government is established. Every one who is not a neo-con is labeled as a marxist. Any one who does not appreciate fascism is labeled as a marxist. It doesn't matter if you vote republican or democrat.
The Israeli’s favorite Trojan horse in the empire building scheme is to accuse another sovereign nation of harboring Arab terrorists and/or weapons of mass destruction. The Israeli foreign minister, Lieberman, has been running around Latin America, accusing them of harboring Arab terrorists or weapons of mass destruction. It is more than a coincidence that he makes these accusations against Latin American countries that possess resources he would like to own or control. It is no coincidence that these same Latin American countries do not have fascist or neo-con government.
The Middle East wars are serving as a diversion, or red herring to divert attention from the secret war being waged in Latin America. SouthCom is there. The NGO’s are active in every Latin American country. The air force is ramped up.
God help the people of Latin America. They are in the cross-hairs of the Empire.
