Our government intends to borrow $5B (at interest!) from the Chinese that we cannot possibly pay back so that the Third World poor can buy things we don't make. Are these people completely out of their minds? In reality, this is nothing but a slush fund for international bankers. If they weren't given money they didn't earn, they might have to find gainful employment somewhere. Let me get this straight.
