The agreement was signed and OKed by The United Nations . Yelsin promised Milosevic he would have Russian troops in Kosovo and protect the christian civilans . NATO troops were going to come in and protect evreyone when milosevics troops pulled out . US general wesley Clark issued orders to shoot the Russian troops . NATO troops refused to protect Serbs , Roma ,Jews , or anybody the albainian terrorists did not want in the country . Controling Yugoslavia has been a hundred yr dream of Germany .
